This website, www.themarstouch.com, is run by Make Art Respect Style Inc., which trades as The Mars Touch (“we”, “us”). Our address is Suite 48, 8383 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211, United States. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@themarstouch.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover information you give us in person, for example when you book or attend a grooming appointment, or on other platforms such as Instagram. Those are handled separately.
What we collect, and what we don’t
The site has no forms, no newsletter sign-up, no accounts and no payments. We do not set cookies and we do not use advertising or tracking pixels. The only information that reaches us or our providers is described below.
Visit statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies. Vercel records each page view with the time, the page address, the referring site, filtered query parameters, an approximate location (country, region and city), your device type, operating system and browser. Visitors are told apart by a hash of the incoming request that is discarded after 24 hours, and we only see totals: we cannot identify you from these statistics.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel’s servers process the technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse.
The “Work with me” links open your own email app. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it only to reply and to follow up on what you asked about. We keep this correspondence for [TBC: retention period].
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you. Vercel processes the information above on our behalf as our hosting and analytics provider.
Links to other sites
Links to Instagram and other sites take you off this website. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and what you do there is covered by them, not by this one.
Your rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Wherever you live, you can ask us the same things. Email hello@themarstouch.com; we may need to confirm it’s you before we act, and we will reply within 45 days. You can also ask someone to make a request on your behalf.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Because it collects so little, there is very little to protect, but we take care with what there is.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
